Welcome to Regions Bank!
Expect Strength and Stability from Regions
As you know, Regions Bank acquired the personal and business deposits and certain deposit-related loans of Integrity Bank when it was closed on August 29, 2008. We are delighted to welcome you to Regions!

Your accounts and services were converted to Regions Bank systems as of the close of business on November 20, 2008.

The following important information will help you understand what to expect with your new accounts and services at Regions:

  • Welcome to Regions brochure - highlights how this transition will impact your accounts and provides details about your accounts at Regions, including new features, benefits and services available to you.
  • Consumer and Business Disclosure Booklet (including the Deposit Agreement, account pricing schedules and Regions Privacy Pledge to Consumers) - describes the terms and conditions that apply to your accounts and services as of November 21, 2008.

Loan Information: Regions branches will continue to accept loan payments for the Integrity Loans still maintained by the FDIC. Loan Payment Coupon / Statement Remittance must be presented with the loan payments. If you do not have a payment coupon, please contact the FDIC at (678) 405-6999.

Keep in mind, your Regions deposits continue to be safe, secure and FDIC-insured up to the maximum allowed by law. In addition, Regions is one of the largest and strongest banks in the nation, so you can look forward to a new level of financial strength and stability.

We are committed to making this transition simple and straightforward for you. If you have any questions, please visit your branch or call us at 1-800-REGIONS (1-800-734-4667). For more helpful information, view a list of Frequently Asked Questions.
